Welcome to your stay at Little Apple Luxe - a stylish and comfortable townhome nestled in one of Manhattan’s most scenic and sought-after neighborhoods. Located in Colbert Hills, this home offers a peaceful retreat with beautiful views and easy access to everything the area has to offer. Whether you're in town for a K-State game, a golf getaway, a family visit, or a weekend of wine tasting and downtown exploring, this is the perfect home base.
Please note we have an exterior doorbell camera.
You will have access to the entire townhome, including the 1 car garage parking if desired.
Please note that both bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs. There is a half bath on the entry level & a pull out couch in the living room.

This was a great stay! I was there for roughly 3 weeks and really enjoyed ‘living’ there for a short while. A very nice and clean home, pretty views from the back patio, and Kendra was so kind, thoughtful and very helpful throughout the whole stay :)

Kendra and Kendall were amazing hosts! They were very flexible when we had to adjust our checkin to earlier. They were quick to respond throughout our 18 day stay! Very nice people! Highly recommend them and their townhouse!

Wonderful home. Comfortable. Very relaxing surroundings. Can walk around the golf course. I brought my bike with me and could just bike right from the home. There are bike lanes around. Also nice area for kids and families. Hosts are very responsive. I was there for about 2.5 wks and got close to running out of coffee creamer packs. Jar was full initiallu but since I was there for a while and used like 3 a day. They were so kind and ordered another box and had it shipped out there. Very gracious and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

My friends and I loved our stay at Kendra’s property! It was very clean, had great views, and was a comfortable stay. Kendra was very flexible, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay! We would absolutely book again!
