The Carriage House
This cozy, historic getaway is soon to become your new favorite spot to enjoy "The Little Apple." Built in 1859 by K-State's first President Joseph Denison, this newly renovated private guest house is located on the West side of the main home.

Since the current owners took possession in 1994, the historic Denison home has undergone major restoration. The Carriage House is one of the original home's attached apartments, updated with luxury furnishings and marble bathroom countertops while keeping its historic character.

• Living room: sofa bed
• One full bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
• In-unit washer and dryer, with laundry supplies provided
• Coffee bar with a Keurig
An escape in the middle of the city! Centrally located on the West side of Manhattan, The Carriage House is the perfect spot for travelers to enjoy all of The Little Apple's amenities. The home is set up for your work trip, K-State ball game, tour of campus, or just looking to explore the city!
You will have full access to the private guest house which is attached to the main home, on the west side. The house has an independent entryway and parking area.
We are a short phone call away. We also live locally and are available if issues arise.

The coffee bar being available, the little basket of laundry pods and sheets to use, and the soaps available in the shower to use are just some of many simple but nice touches! I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo female traveler, and the area has plenty to offer!

This was the perfect place to stay in Manhattan! It’s an amazing location, close to everything at K State. It’s a historic home and the grounds and setting were very retreat like. The hosts were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

We absolutely loved our stay! Space was very clean and inviting, a great place to relax after a long day of baseball. The kitchen has everything you need if you choose to eat in instead of going out for meals. Also love the history that is part of the stay, we will be return visitors of Kendra!
