A slice of farm living on the edge of town! Experience Sherwood Farmhouse, a newly renovated, modernly furnished 1930s stone farmhouse on 5 scenic acres along Wildcat Creek. Unwind under the stars in our cedar hot tub or enjoy the peaceful outdoor setting after a day of adventure. Ideal for K-State game weekends, golfing, time at the winery, or kids’ sporting events - close to it all, yet wonderfully secluded.

Property is not ADA compliant. Please note that all the bedrooms are on the upper level of the home. The pull out sofa in on the main level but it is not contained to a bedroom. Because of this, the rental may not be suitable for folks with mobility issues.

This was our second stay at the farmhouse and we will definitely be back! All the peace and rural tranquility you could ask for while still just a few minutes away from town. Kendra is a super thoughtful and responsive host and the house itself is even nicer than the photos suggest. We can't wait to return!

Cool old house with fun modern updates, very comfortable for 6 adults, 2 infants and a dog.

This place had everything we needed. It was the little things that most places don’t bother to stock. Enjoyed the hot tub, made smores over a bonfire, and drove 2 miles down the road to the best local winery. Everything was comfortable. More than enough toilet paper, towels, dishwashing and laundry supplies. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

We stayed at this beautiful property for my daughter's wedding which was held at the Prairiewood Estates and Blue Sage Barn just up the road. The location was perfect and we loved the peaceful surroundings where we could relax outside under the trees. The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out with so many conveniences for a comfortable stay! The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've experienced at airbnbs! We so appreciated Kendra's hospitality and accommodating our early check-in/late check-out needs due to timing with the wedding festivities. She responded to messages quickly and was so kind! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips to Manhappiness!!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for training. Kendra was incredibly responsive and consistently helpful throughout our visit. The home itself was beautiful and made for a great experience.

Kendra is an exceptional host and the farmhouse was an unexpected delight. After at least 15 trips to the Little Apple, this is by far our favorite place to stay. It was a great place to host our grandchildren---love the screen porch, fire pit and room to roam.
